About Me

My photo
I worked as a professional Event Make Up Artist for Sephora. I am now a professional Make Up and Hair Stylist for All Made Up. I like photography, I shoot with a Canon 40d and a Canon PowerShot G11. I grew up as major tomboy who out of nowhere became a cheerleader for 3 years. Then I switched to doing Hip Hop choreography for 5 years. Now I'm currently the choreographer for DVVC (Doan Vu Viet Catholic) for last 10 years.

May Thomas Prom 2010

Since this is my new blog and I just can't stand it being empty! Meet May Thomas, she asked me to do her hair and make up for Prom last year. I do a lot of High School dances but I keep forgetting to bring a camera and take pictures. I just did some make up for some High School girls for their Homecoming last week. From now on, I will consider a camera as a necessities in my kit.

New Blog!

Hi Readers!

I decided to create one of these to share all of the excitement in my life! There have been so many opportunities I've been given that I wish I could just take them all. Unfortunately, I'm only one person living in a world where each day only has 24 hours. So here I am with this new blog to share my opportunities that I will take and pass up, maybe a one of you readers could jump on the ones I pass up! I've been teaching dance for about 10 years now and never knew that my little church group DVVC (Doan Vu Viet Catholic) that my older sister Kim started in 1997 would ever be recognized as it does today. Growing up as a major tomboy, I would never believe that I would be in the beauty industry as a professional hair and make up artist as well! My life is full of surprises and disappointments, maybe my blog will help others learn from my mistakes and experiences to fulfill their dreams. I hope this blog does really influence others out there and answer any questions about dance or beauty. So let's start off with some recent news! I just got the opportunity to choreograph a major Vietnamese production called Asia Entertainment. Also, my sister and I were working on making our own false eyelash line a while ago but never completed that project. Now I'm back on it and adding circle lenses as well! I am actually currently looking for models for the circle lenses! In my opinion, when purchasing circle lenses online, they never look like the ones in the pictures on the website! It is way to Photoshopped, I cannot see the actual design and color. For my circle lenses, I will provide real actual pictures of the lenses AND videos of models applying them on to see the before and after look. I hope everything goes smoothly and everybody will continue coming here to get advice. Please also give me feedback and comments are always appreciated. :)

Will update soon,

Tina Luong
